​This course will be conducted under the supervision of our office following our office policies, any violations  of this policies will result on the exclusion of been able to participate

In order to maintain the safety of our staff and our clients we have implemented some office rules to be followed.
THIS OFFICE RULES CAN NOT BE CHANGE – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • YOU NEED TO REGISTER 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLASS DATE.
  • YOU NEED TO PRESENT YOUR DRIVER LICENSE (A COPY WILL BE TAKING FROM FRONT & BACK)
  • YOU NEED TO BE FULL VACCINATED AND PRESENT YOUR VACCINATION CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. (IF YOU NOT VACCINATED YOU CAN NOT PARTICIPATE ON OUR CLASS, YOU MAY LOOK FOR ANOTHER SPONSOR OR DO THE CLASS ONLINE.
